Feedback Site: Create separate product/service for the feedback site

I suggest that you add a new "product" category for the feedback site since this in fact completely different and separate from Photoshop.com even though it is displayed with a Photoshop.com header.

I added a product for "Feedback Site." While we want suggestions to make the site better for users, please keep the suggestions limited/focused so we can focus primarily on what will make the products themselves better. Thanks.

Good idea. I'll try and do that this week.

Thanks Jeffery, I think this will help focus discussions. Also keep in mind that the feedback site itself is also a "product", even if customer support is an intangible it adds value.

Hi, thx for the opportunity.  I have been working with photoshop for a long time but only as a beginner.  When saving my HD work as a PDF the options are set to the lowest quality and downsize automatically until I figured out what I needed to do to keep my hours of work in HD.  Can the setting for the highest possible resolution be automatic and allow beginners to save without the headache of trying to figure out why their work keeps looking pixelated?  All my work I've done has been damaged each time I save it.

Also, when opening a new blank untitled... the options give so many different settings 8bit, square pixels, RGB, etc... is there an optimal setting that can just open a new untitled for beginners without unknowingly losing resolution?

I guess what I'm asking is.  As a beginner I would like to be able to save my work in the best possible HD results without have to figure out everything.  Thx for your help!
