Lightroom CC 2015.2.1 eating up all the space on the HD on OS X El Capitan

Basically Lightroom has decided to take all the space it can on my Macintosh HD until it runs out of space. The problem stops if I shutdown Lightroom. The HD recovers the space taken after rebooting the Mac. I have purged the cache and optimise the catalog but the problem persists.

I think the disk space is taken up with error logs. Try the workaround here http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/lightroom-cc-2015-2-takes-100-cpu-when-creativ....

Or revert to the Lr 6.1.1 until the next update. For instructions, see http://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-do-i-roll-back-to-lightroom-2015-1-1-or-lightroom-6-1-1/.

Thank you Simon, this has fixed the problem. I had tried to log in to the CC through Lightroom and the program was doing really weird things and behaving slowly. Log in to the CC application fixed the problem.

Thank you!
