Lightroom Classic: External drive not showing as Import Source in Lightroom Classic import window

Hi,

I am having some problem with connecting an external SSD as source in the import window.

As can be seen in the attached image, the import window display computer internal drive (drive C), an external SSD (Drive G) as well as an SD card attached to the laptop (Drive D). However, there is another external SSD attached to the computer (Drive B) which is not being recognized in the Lightroom import window.

Please note that this drive is perfectly accessible from Windows Explorer. Also I am able to import images to Lightroom from this drive (Drive B) if I use "Select a source" option at the top of the window.

Please me know if any further information is needed to help with this questions.

Thank you in advance.

A&B are legacy drive letters for Floppy Drives and reserved by some applications. Try changing the drive letter in Windows OS.

@Rikk Thank you for your help.

Indeed, changing the drive letter to H has worked.
