Lightroom Classic User Permissions Error Message after Update to v. 10

I'm running Lightroom Classic on Mac Mojave 10.14.6. Ever since it automatically updated on Oct. 23, I have gotten the error message, "Lightroom encountered user permission errors". "Repair to Continue" did not satisfy, nor was I satisfied with my ability to solve the problem on my own, based on the information provided at "Learn More". An Adobe Support person spent *2 hours* going through my computer and changing all the possible Read/Write permissions to no avail, and it is still not working. I have an appointment with support for 2 days from now. Is this a known issue with v. 10 and/ or v. 10 and Mojave? Would a "downgrade" to v. 9 solve the problem? I'd like to be able to get back to using Lightroom. Screen shot of the error message attached.

Secondary question: Are there known or similar issues between LRC v. 10 and Mac iOS Catalina?

I was able to get support for this. It seemed that my initial tech did not clear one last permission on the list below. Perhaps the install of v. 10 reset some permissions, so I kept getting the error. The issue has been fixed.
