Lightroom Desktop: Stuck syncing forever, but "Syncing" filter shows no photos

My Creative Cloud status has been stuck on "Syncing 3 Photos" for several months. When I open All Photos and set the Sync Status filter to Syncing, there are no photos listed; when I set it to Synced and Backed Up, 100% of my photos are listed, 0 filtered.

There is no apparent way to tell which of my thousands of photos are failing to sync, so I don't know which ones to try to delete and re-import.

I really wish the app was smart enough to show which photos are currently syncing. Better, I wish it would just figure out how to recover from this problem, or at least prompt me when it gets stuck.

As a paying customer, I also wish Adobe had a proper support channel for specific issues like this, so I wouldn't have to just post my problems online and see if anyone feels like helping.

If you go to Lightroom Web, is there a Sync Errors collection top left? That often gives some clues.

I’ve had a “syncing 15 photos” for the last three days. I checked LR Web, and Sync Errors collection listed only three files. I deleted them, but that didn’t help. I then manually deleted the files in the Deleted folder. Syncing began and then I got “Synced and Backed Up.”

No, nothing like that. Sync Errors collection does not appear, Deleted collection is empty, but app still stuck on "Syncing 3 Photos." Forever.

No, nothing like that. I see Lightroom Classic seems to offer ways to see which photos have sync errors, but Lightroom doesn't seem to have any such thing.

Any way I can catch Adobe's eye, maybe send a log for review? This issue has even managed to follow me to a new computer. Something's broken!

Prior to sending a log, can you confirm your installed version number by going to Help>System Info... and replying with that?

Sure can, it's Lightroom version: 3.2 [ 20200204-0604-bc5e360 ] (Feb  4 2020). This issue has persisted since many versions ago.

Same issue, same version. Mine has been stuck on syncing 49 photos for the last 8 days. I sent logs to Adobe, got a reply email from support person, responded with requested info and screenshots, and never heard from him again.
