Lightroom Mobile: Cannot renew subscription

I’ve renewed my monthly subscription on the App Store but when I click renew in the app itself, it’s giving me the following message: SERVER_ERROR_DUP

Restarting and uninstalling does not help.

Justin,

 

We are showing you with two active subscriptions currently - on through Adobe and one through the App Store.  I would recommend canceling the App Store version.  Please see this document for instructions: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/manage-subscription-ios.html#CancelyourLightroomforiOSsubscription 

 

It may take a few hours for your system to receive the updates.

@Conipau  Were your photos synced to the cloud or only local on your device?

Was your device Android or Apple?

Android, but i haven't lightroom premium 

My photos were only in the app

I am sorry to say the are not recoverable.  When Android deletes an App, all of its data is deleted as well.
