Lightroom Mobile: Cannot preview images

I can't see the picture preview instead only grey boxes are available . I did whatever I was instructed by the team . I force stopped and then restarted the phone , I signed out and signed in and I also uninstalled and reinstalled but no change instead I lost all my pictures after uninstalling it . This is happening since the day I downloaded . It takes a lot of time to choose a picture because I have to click and see the pictures.

This issue is sometimes caused by "cleaner" apps.  Do you use any cleaner apps or cache cleaners?

Hi,

We are working on this and have noticed it happens with Samsung devices. We're wondering if it has anything to do with a device setting. Go to Settings > Battery and device care. There is a button that says "Optimize now."

Have you ever used any of the settings in this location?

@Rick

Yes I often use that optimise option

We think the "Optimize now" function may be deleting the thumbnails. Making any minor edit to the image usually rebuilds the thumbnail.

We are currently working with the parties involved to fix this situation. Thank you for your patience.
