Lightroom Mobile for iOS not uploading photos

Hello,

My Lightroom Mobile is no longer uploading photos. The dialog box is stuck on "Uploading / 8 pending" but no progress for days.

I'm using this:

- Lightroom v. 6.1.0 C2677A/7

- iPhone Xs

- iOS 14.4

There is no difference whether I use Wifi or cellular data. Pausing and restarting the sync did not help, I've also tried force closing and restarting the phone with no luck.

How can I force the update?

Hi,

thank you for contacting us, have you tried to download an update from the App Store?
There should be a 6.2.1 version for you to update with.

Hi, 

I think that we need to get some more information through a diagnostic log.
You can trigger it by:
1. tap on settings (gear icon or by three dot menu)
2. Tap on Help & Support
3. tap and keep pressed on Access our user Forum

@fb3993 if you tap on the cloud icon, do you see any imports or processing of images going on? If not, please logout and login again to see if it helps.
But please don't do that in case you are importing any images.

Logout and login did not work.

I have also generated the diagnostic log. How can I share that?

This looks like a similar issue to what I have been having on Lightroom Mobile 6.1, 6.2, 6.2.1. Logging in and out is not an option for me since both my iPhone and iPad contain imports that don't sync to the cloud and only exist on these devices.
