Lightroom Mobile: Why did I buy premium features already, but I can't use them?

เหตุใดฉันจึงซื้อฟีเจอร์ระดับพรีเมียมไปแล้ว แต่ใช้งานไม่ได้ ถึงแม้ว่าฉันจะซื้อไปแล้วในราคา 60 บาทรายเดือนและตอนนี้ฉันก็เดือดร้อนมาก

I'm not seeing an account under the email address that you've used to log in here. Do you have the receipt number for your purchase? it usually starts with "grp"
