2021 Organizer conflict with Windows 10: freezes

Recently installed PSE 2021.  Task bar in Windows 10 was set as "Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode."

That setting causes the opening of the Organizer from the Start window to freeze.  The pull down menus on top of the Window become frozen.  Two ways to resolve:  Either click on the square Windows size button on top right, or change the Taskbar setting of "Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode" to OFF.

This problem is repeatable.

Windows 10, OS build 19041.685 installed on 8/18/2020.  12 GB RAM, 2 TB HD.

Playing with the Organizers for Elements 9 and 2021 as well as Task Bar settings, I discovered this:

1. Elements 2021: With the Task Bar set to the LEFT side of the screen, the BUG manifests (frozen screen). With the Task Bar set to the BOTTOM of the screen the BUG does NOT manifest itself. The Organizer functioned as it should.

2. Elements 9: Whether the Task Bar is set on the LEFT or on the BOTTOM, the Organizer functioned as it should.

Well, that was a false success story.

I opened the Organizer this morning with the Task Bar on the bottom of the screen, and the Organizer opened FROZEN again until I clicked on the upper right Windows size box.
