LrC and LrM won't sync - between different usernames/Email-adresses

Hi,

I seem to have run into a major problem. recently I was on a photo-shooting and took about 2000 shots in 9 days which I copied each day to my iPad Pro. I pre-edited the pics and synchronised the via the Adobe Cloud (1TB of space) hoping that when I returned home I could download the edited selection of pics to my desktop. However, synch got stuck each day, telling me I had 1.5 MB (!!!) left (out of 1 TB). When I came back, nothing happened, noy synch. I tried several times until I decided to call the Adobe-service in Frankfurt. they told me that Adobe couldn't synch because 1) I had the wrong mobile verion installed on my iPad (which I don't believe I have) and 2) that the mobile version on my iPad has been registered to a different Email-address than my LRc. And - according to the hotline-guy this prevents synching between the two LR-versions. My mobile version shows me I am on a 1 TB Scheme, so everything should run smoothly if I could solve the problem. Unfortunately, when I try to change the Email-adress of my LRc desktop-version to the one used by my mobile version, Adobe tells me that "This address is already in use", which is extremely annoying. I believe, only Adobe hotline could sort this mass out.

May be, Rikk has an idea? I am extremely frustrated since this major hickup cost me many hours of additional work at home of editing all thos pictures.

Please help!!

PS LRc is the latest version now since I am on your photography-scheme, and also LR on my iPad should be okay.

what is odd is next to the fact that somehow I was forced to add a new username/Email when I installed the mobile LR that since I see 3 different sizes for my cloud: LRc officially is on 20 GB which is utterly ridiculous, while mobile is on 1TB or 100 GB, right now with 52 GB of space left and more than 1700 files saved in the cloud

I finally managed last night to reconnect LR Mobile and LRc to the same account (Email-address) which was complicated enough. Syncing between mobile and LRc is working fine now.

However, now those 1700+ pictures in the previous adobe-account cloud have become invisible, because they were directed to the other account.

Question: Is there any way, I can redirect those images to the one I am using now? Or could taht be handled through your hotline?

Please help!
