Photoshop 20.0.7: Cropping bug (small, but annoying)

Image, multiple layers, layer mask & vector mask.
When I straighten the image using the crop tool, the layer mask sometimes gets a few white pixels in the corner.

Video of the issue: https://www.dropbox.com/s/71inmvur8yc9fwd/PS%20CC%20crop%20bug.mp4?dl=0

PS CC 20.0.7 (Since I'm on OSX 10.12.6, I cannot update to a later version, and since I'm on a few deadlines, I won't risk updating OSX and possibly break the workflow until somewhere in April)

PS CC 21.2.4, OSX 10.14.6

Same issue. When I straighten an image using the crop tool, the crop is a bit too big: it goes outside the original canvas.

Oh: Also cropping issue:

Starting PS CC 2020, when using 'transform' (on a pixel layer), Cmd+Z steps back instead of undo/redo. Opt+Cmd+Z and Shift+Cmd+Z do nothing.
('use legacy undo shortcuts' is obviously ticked in Keyboard shortcuts).

For now I'm going back to using PS CC 2019 for my daily work, unless I need something specific from a newer version (only when I'm using layer comps with SO's containing layer comps).

yeah, there's this issue + the snap to center and disappearing image while zooming behavior too. I've bugged all the problems but seems like they're low on the priorities for fixing.
