Photoshop 22.1: Image area is cut-off, cropped

I'm on a MacBook Pro with Big Sur 11.1, running Photoshop 22.1. I'll be working in my doc and after awhile my file becomes cropped, even when viewing at 100% ( only the bottom part of the image is visible). I've reset my workspace, and reset preferences, restarted the program, this sometimes works for awhile but eventually it keeps going back to a cropped image. This was also happening with Catalina so I don't think the OS is the issue.

Any help is appreciated.

If you restore your preferences using this manual method does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

Thank you for the help Jeffrey. This appears to be working for now. This problem keeps happening unfortunately so I'm hoping this time does the trick.
