Photoshop CS6: anti-aliasing problems when rasterizing transparent PDFs

Hello.

I have prepared print ad layout for Nissan in Indesign;
placed semi-transparent logo with anti-aliased edge,
then exported this ad into PDF format highest print quality, no compression, no resampling, no color conversion, PDF 1.4 (1.5-1.7, nevermind),
then rasterized this PDF in photoshop CS6 (final release, non-beta or something, licensed to my firm).
Here's what i've got:

See - no any anti-aliasing at the edges of the logo, horrible jagged edge.
Sure, anti-aliasing is turned on in open PDF dialog
BUT... If i open the same PDF in Photoshop CS5 - and here i've got correctly anti-aliased edge.

Seems like photoshop CS6 have a bug in rasterizing PDFs with non-opaque objects.
Will there be any comments from developers team?

How was the PDF created?
We've been seeing problems with PDFs from InDesign - and we need the original file and the PDF to debug the rasterizer.

I've downloaded the files - thank you.

Now we get to start figuring out why InDesign writes files in a way that can't be rasterized correctly...
