Photoshop: How do I make text easier to see on scanned images?

hi,i have a photo of pages that i would like to see writing on,would anyone know how i can make the writing easier to see?

Try:
Image > Adjustments > Threshold...

For the image I have, a Threshold Level of 165 makes the letters easier to see.
Does that help?
If not, could you attach a sample of what you're trying to work on?

its notes that i took pic of but dont have them anymore so cant take another pic :( will attach them now if you could help? thank you

You didn't hold the camera steady, so there is motion blur.

First, fix the white point of the page so you have black text on a white background.
Then see if you can sharpen it at all.
Then try a threshold or levels adjustment to improve the contrast of the text against the background.

i really have tried and have no idea how to do this. is there anyway you could do it and send it to me?
