Photoshop is ruining My Illustrator Patterns

I make patterns in Illustrator for printing onto large items like duvets. When I bring it into photoshop and I've tried serval ways of doing so, It is creating issues.

One are white lines like seams which were not on the Illustrator piece at any magnification. Before the last update they were lines that would disappear at higher magnification but now they actually look like seams.

The 2nd issue which is new is it shows the drawing lines through the paint and even brings the different pieces of art to the top so you can see parts that were in the back. This last pattern was one I bought and the guts of the pattern were never visible to me in illustrator. I don't understand how it's able to do this.
