Photoshop: Neural filters and sky replacement not showing

I'm using the latest version of photoshop.  The sky replacement option is not showing up in the Edit menu.  The neural filters are not showing up either.  I'm using version 22, which just updated a few days ago. What's going on?

Please go to Help> About Photoshop and verify the release number is 22.0.0.

I agree, sounds like the OP might still be launching an using the prior version.

I uninstalled Photoshop and reinstalled it.  Now it is working.  Thanks for the responses.

That was going to be my next suggestion. Glad to hear that resolved the issue.

You have to download them first. See this Adobe Help https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/neural-filters.html

Same issue Sky Replacement filter doesn't show in menu, and still not showing after I uninstalled and re-installed. On version 22.0.0 using Mac 10.15.5

Are you looking under Edit > Sky Replacement?

If you're not seeing it there, if you go to Help > System Info... what does the top line say there?
If it says "Adobe Photoshop Version: 22.0.0 20201006.r.35 2020/10/06: 4587a1caa63  x64" go to Window > Workspace. Is Essentials selected? Can you reset it?

In my case,the skies are there,even though i get 'Could not complete request because the file could not be found' message.

I can scroll down ,try to select the sky i want and get the message

@mick jones

Deleting all the folders so the SRP is empty,closing the SRP then going back to 'edit ' drop down menu,select 'Sky Replacement' and voila,the folders were back and working again.
