Sure.

Use Shift + to cycle forward through Layer Blend Modes and Shift - to cycle backwards through Layer Blend Modes.

Dear Adobe Gripes #5968 & #6019

"Could you please enable the use of the up and down keys by going through
fonts and layer options (on the mac) it works on pc"

"Why in mac osx the blend mode isn't scrollable with keyboard arrows?"

In the layers palette where the blending mode options are, it is VERY inconvenient that in photoshop CS5 you cannot select the first one and then simply go down with the arrow key and see the effect of the different options on your file as go down. It was possible in CS4 and it made it very convenient as opposed to having to go in and click on each one at a time to see the effect. It makes our work slower instead of faster. It would be great if Photoshop returned to the previous way on this one.
