Photoshop: Problem opening 3d model

Hello,
I have a problem with PS CC.
I try to open textured 3D model *.obj (File - Open).
Sometimes it is loaded like this. I can see meshes, but there is no texture.

Sometimes it is loaded like this - no meshes, no texture

What could be the cause of this error? Thank you!

Hi Nathalie,

Is there a way I can look at this model? DropBox or other? daniel(at)adobe dot com

Here is something to try:
1. 3D Panel > click on Scene.
2. Properties Panel > check box next to backfaces

Also are there any textures in the Opacity map? Just a sanity check there.

I have changed Opacity from 0 to 100 - that was the cause of model's incorrect display.

Thank you both very much for help!

Have you installed the 14.1.2 update?
And have you updated your video card driver from the GPU maker's website?

I have updated video card driver before installing PhotoShop CC.
I have installed update, nothing has changed.
My video card is Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000.

It still looks like a driver issue. Check Help->System Info to make sure you have Intel's latest driver (and not the old drivers from Microsoft).

I found this information

gpu[0].DriverVersion="9.17.10.3223"
gpu[0].DriverDate="20130627000000.000000-000"

gpu[1].DriverVersion="7.1.542.0"
gpu[1].DriverDate="20060522000000.000000-000"

The first driver is the latest from "downloadcenter.intel.com", which I have installed. But I don't know, how can I update the other?

Thank you very much for help!

What brand is the other GPU in your system? That driver is almost 7 years old! Or do you have some sort of emulation software (like "LogMeIn") that needs to be disabled or updated?

It was really LogMeIn. I have disabled it and uninstalled that driver. Now in System Info there is only one driver gpu[0], but I still have this error.

A textureless silhouette of my 3d model becomes visible only after I load and then close any 3d object from the Mesh Preset list. My model does not display at all if I skip this step of opening&closing a 3d mesh preset.

I recorded a video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zMDPSX.... Firstly, I opened the model with MeshLab to show how it looks.

Alright, there is still something wrong with the model or the video driver - I'm not sure at this point. But at least you got rid of the buggy "logmein" driver.
