Photoshop: Why is 'R' the rotate canvas tool? it's useless.

Dear Adobe Gripes #14306 & #14940

"Stop changing shorcuts in Photoshop! Why is 'R' the rotate canvas tool, it's useless!"

"Why is the CS4 R key shortcut now to rotate the document? Do I look like someone who wants to rotate their document? And there is not shortcut for Blur, Sharpen and Smudge tools now, seriously?!"

If you don't like any of the keyboard shortcut changes, you can customize to your hearts content. Choose Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts...then to edit tool shortcuts, select Shortcuts for: "Tools." Find the tools from the list and assignt the shortcuts you want to customize:

Shortcuts can be changed or set quite easily. Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts will bring up the dialogue box to change keyboard shortcuts.

For example, if you're unhappy with "R" being set to the Rotate Canvas Tool, you can change it to Blur if you choose, as seen in the screenshot.
