Spherical Panoramas Issues

Hello everyone,

Been trying to edit 360º pictures taken with a Theta Z1 360º camera in photoshop, but I'm stucked with a huge issue.

First, I open the JPG file, no problem with that:

Whenever I try to do the 3D / Spherical Panorama / New Panorama Layer From Selected Layer(s) option, this happens:

This is really frustrating, cause I can't orbit the picture and so, I can't get to see whatever I'm editing. Tried to restart the system, reseting photoshop preferences and nothing helped.

My system info is:

I had no problems in the past using this feature, with the same system specs. Been having this problem eversince the latest photoshop upgrades.

Does anyone have a clue on how to fix this so I can get back to my editings and making some money out of them.

Thank you for your time.

Found the answer elsewhere, at the Adobe Support Community, hope it works for everyone experiencing the same problem:

If you are using v22.4, then to use 3D you will need to go to Preferences > Technology Previews > and check Deactivate Native Canvas. Then press OK and restart Photoshop.

It worked like a charm to me.

Good luck you all!
