Photoshop: How do I drag and drop a layer from a PSD document to another open PSD file?

It would be better if we could just click and drag a layer from a PSD file to copy it to another open PSD file in Photoshop. At least we should be able to see a "copy" option on the right click menu on a layer without having to : 1.make a selection of the layer, 2.copy the selection, 3.go to the o

Can't click on any of the options when searching in 'Help' (Photoshop CC)

In Photoshop, when I search for something using the 'Help' menu, I am unable to click any of the results that appear. If I click on them, the menu disappears as it should, but then no action happens. I'm still able to search and then manually find the tool using the menu bar, it's just faster if I

I have trouble making accurate adjustments with the sliders in Photoshop CS5.1 Mac. Take, for example, the contrast slider on the Brightness/Contrast adjustment layer: when I drag it to a new value (+2, for example) and release the mouse button, the value jumps backward to 0 and the marker moves sl

Cursor jumps when left-clicking in Photoshop CS5

My mouse cursor, or rather the area where Photoshop recognizes my click, jumps when I left-click while using any tool. This occurs maybe once every 10 or 20 clicks. For example, if I'm using the pencil tool, most of the time it will draw as expected but once every 10-20 clicks, Photoshop thinks I'm

Photoshop Elements: Where is the list of known bugs in PSE9?

I've found two things which look like bugs and I want to know if they are known to Adobe as bugs, if they need reporting (and how do I do that, since I just ended up here?) or if they're not bugs at all. No user (on forums or real world) has been able to tell me how to make these features work prop

Photoshop CC 2014: action delayed until next action / click on MacOS 10.10 BETA

This is slightly related to http://feedback.photoshop.com/photosh... but since it is not just affecting keyboard shortcuts, I thought it'd be better to create a new topic. All photoshop actions are delayed until the next click. No matter which tool I use, the first click has no effect. When I clic

Photoshop: What happened to the adjustment panel arrow from CS5?

In CS5 there was an arrow in the lower left corner of the main tool panel that, when clicked, took you back to the panel with the tool icons, or alternatively, to the interface of the particular adjustment layer selected. It made activating adjustment layers very easy. However, it appears that Adob
