Photoshop CC: Locked Text Layer Problem, video example

I'm having an issue with locked text layers. In the following video, I try and edit the text in a locked text layer. It doesn't allow me (as it shouldn't) but then shortcut keys no longer work. I unlock the layer, manually click on the type tool, then try and edit the text in the (now) unlocked laye

Lightroom: Problems using English language with foreign language keyboard

PHOTOSHOP: record the Up/Down arrow keys from the Timeline Shortcut Keys as an action.

In Photoshop's Timeline, when the Timeline Shortcut Keys are activated, the Up and Down arrows are used to move to the In point and Out point of the current layer. When you record yourself using those keys, Photoshop record it as a Go To action to a specific time, and not to the In point/Out point

Starting Photoshop with Japanese IME active (or probably other non-Latin ones) causes shortcut keys to be broken during the session (MacOS 10.9)

On Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks), it seems that starting Photoshop CS6 while a Japanese IME is active causes the shortcut keys in the menu bar to break. Toolset shortcut keys still work. Broken shortcut keys have their non-modifier keys changed to a crossed out equals sign (≠); see screenshot. One IM
