Lightroom SDK 5: FTP logging is broken

From the api doc: ftpConnection.loggingEnabled : (Read/Write) (Boolean) True to enable logging. Retrieve the log and clear it using ftpConnection:getAndClearLog(). i.e. loggingEnabled should be a writable property. However, when attempting to write loggingEnabled property an error is thrown:

Lightroom SDK: need LrFileUtils."make non-writable" too.

Presently, there is a function in LrFileUtils to make a file writable. That's good, but the function to make a file non-writable needs to be implemented too. They're kinda like 2 sides of the same coin, day & night, light & dark, sisters & brothers, or cousins... Thanks, Rob

Lightroom SDK: LrFileUtils.makeFileWritable is not reliable on Windows.
